Please bring with you on the:

*journal/pen if you feel like taking notes of insights/drawing/grounding your impressions

*towel/Spare clothing in case you sweat at lot and want to feel refreshed

*nibble to share during lunchtime. This invitation is not going out to a cafe but stay together to avoid having to go out unless you need fresh air and be by yourself. – nibbles are vegetarian – no meat allowed in the studio
(If you do go out lunch is from 1-2.15pm please be back by 2 so we can follow the schedule within a flow and you don’t want to miss the explanation for the next meditation).

Day programme:

10.30am-11.30pm Nataraj Meditation
11.30-12pm Fruit snack & Journaling
12-1pm Silence Meditation
1-2.15pm Shared Vegetarian lunch
2.15-3.15pm Kundalini Meditation
3.15-4pm Journaling & Tea break
4-5pm Sound Healing
5-5.30pm Sacred Event Closing
