Natalie started Belly Dancing 9 years ago when living abroad and was hooked from the beginning. She felt like she finally found something that she could connect with and met the most amazing people along the way. She has kept it up in all the cities she has lived in (Cadiz, Edinburgh, San Sebastian, Belfast) and has had amazing teachers with different styles and approaches.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA CLASSES
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is described as a series of Asanas or Postures, done in stages, with a Beginning, a Middle and an End. To get the maximum benefit physically and mentally, we will focus on Breath and Alignment of the body and learn the importance of this connection.
I'm really excited about joining the Shakti Yoga team! I have been attending Sara's Kundalini Class for a few years now, and I fell in love with the friendly atmosphere in the studio.
Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I first took up Yoga around 20 years ago, and it has been a steady part of my life ever since. I trained to teach, firstly a 200 hour course in Santosha, Lisburn, then a 300 hour in Navan with Green Lotus Yoga from Cork. in between I qualified as a pregnancy yoga teacher.

Ruth from Love Yoga is passionate about bringing yoga to everyone! She qualified as a Rainbow Kids and Family Yoga teacher in 2017 and completed her 200 hours YTT with Yoga Ireland in 2018. Ruth’s love of yoga has been a wonderful tool in helping to manage both her daughter’s anxiety as well as her own. She strongly believes that yoga is a powerful resource for all, from young to old!
Sharon is a Jivani certified yoga teacher who offers gentle flow yoga in a supported environment.
A passionate believer in, and advocate for, yoga as a wonderful tool to stay flexible at all ages and stages of life. She promotes yoga as a fantastic way to bring calmness into our lives and to de-stress from the pressures of our ever-increasing hectic and demanding world.
