I first started yoga in my early twenties whilst studying at University in Belfast. I instantly enjoyed the mind and body connection it helped to cultivate. I began meditating a few years later whilst working and living in Cambodia.

Natalie started Belly Dancing 9 years ago when living abroad and was hooked from the beginning. She felt like she finally found something that she could connect with and met the most  amazing people along the way. She has kept it up in all the cities she has lived in (Cadiz, Edinburgh, San Sebastian, Belfast) and has had amazing teachers with different styles and approaches.
