Vinyasa Flow Yoga is described as a series of Asanas or Postures, done in stages, with a Beginning, a Middle and an End. To get the maximum benefit physically and mentally, we will focus on Breath and Alignment of the body and learn the importance of this connection.

Ruth from Love Yoga is passionate about bringing yoga to everyone! She qualified as a Rainbow Kids and Family Yoga teacher in 2017 and completed her 200 hours YTT with Yoga Ireland in 2018. Ruth’s love of yoga has been a wonderful tool in helping to manage both her daughter’s anxiety as well as her own. She strongly believes that yoga is a powerful resource for all, from young to old!
