At the heart of Yoga is the breath, and students are taught to follow their own breath and move at their own pace. The Yoga I love is a practice of movement, breath and meditation as a single, seamless process.
In 2016, I completed my 200hr YTTC with Emma Warmington and shortly after joined the Jivani Yoga team. I have assisted on teacher training programmes in Northern Ireland, Costa Rica and Thailand and recently completed my 300hr YTTC. I am especially passionate about teaching Compassionate Communication and creative writing.
