Karen completed her 200 Hrs Yoga Teacher training in India in a combination of both the Ashtanga and Himalayan lineages. In Karen’s yoga classes you can expect to work closely with your breath as you move through a dynamic practice to create space and stillness in your mind and body. Classes may also incorporate other aspects of yoga such as meditation, pranayama and chanting. All abilities and levels of experience are welcome.
