Family Yoga is held one Sunday per month. It is a beautiful way for parents and kids to spend one hour of uninterrupted, quality time together! Through stretching, partner poses, relaxation and even acro-yoga; parents and kids should prepare for fun and laughter as they bond through breath and movement. Introducing kids to the principles of mindfulness and breathing through yoga is an added bonus (and a priceless tool for promoting resilience and good mental health!).
